Today was supposed to be a rest day…

Then this happened.

50 box jumps

50 jumping pull ups

50 kettlebell swings 16kg

50 walking lunges

50 knees to elbows

50 push presses 20kg

50 back extensions

50 wall balls

50 burpees

50 double unders

Time: 16:40

 

Rest 5min

21 – 15 – 9

Thrusters @43kg

Pull Ups

Time: 3:25 (over a minute off my PR,  I was wrecked)
